Pondy Bazaar

street vendors
You can buy almost anything here. We went into stores where the price is fixed, or barter on the street. They up the price about 20 times for white people, and so you offer very low, and they shake their heads, and then offer a little lower and so on, until you walk away and they call you back. I bought a few things, and it was fun to watch. One Thing I bought is a set of throw pillow covers. They have mirrors sewn in and are hand embroidered. They cost 25 cents a piece.
